The primary water source for the city of Burlington.  Offers
boat ramps, row boat/paddle boat rentals, both gas and electric boat areas and sailing

Offers canoe and kayak launch sites and rentals, rowboat and paddle boat rentals and a five mile walking/biking/hiking trail.

A 140 acre reservoir which offers fishing or boating (electric motors only).  Canoes and kayaks are welcome.

Open Friday, Saturday and Sundays in Season.

Opens at 1:00 PM on Sunday.

Hyco Lake 
Located in Person and Caswell Counties near Roxboro.  3750 acres with 160 miles of shoreline.  1200 Homes around the lake with 800 used year round.  Several boat ramps off Kelly Brewer Road.  Parks and swim areas.  Camping and Picnicking

Lake Jordan -8 recreation areas run by NC Parks and Recreation.  Located South of Chapel Hill on 1008.  Located East of Pittsboro on Hwy 64.

Large lake  (13,900 acres) with boat ramps, and space for any water need.
