Coast Guard Auxiliary montage

The Coast Guard Auxiliary is the civilian volunteer arm of the United States Coast Guard. The auxiliary is made up of over 30,000 men and women who donate their time and expertise to support the Coast Guard and improve boating safety. Each year the Auxiliary typically saves 300 lives in a nationwide effort to keep our waterways safe. The Coast Guard and Coast Guard Auxiliary were recently moved from the Department of Transportation to the new Department of Homeland Security. Click here to find out how you can join the auxiliary and volunteer your time with United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.
